How Does it Work?

1. Contact Us
Fill out the form below to submit your interest in our fundraising program. We'll get in touch with you to organize the details and add you to our website.

2. Start Selling
Advertise, talk it up, and go door-to-door telling everyone to head to TheVeggieShack.com to order their produce boxes under your community’s name to donate.

3. Set a Date
Set a time and place where your team or community will pack and distribute the produce box orders. we recommend setting a pickup window for your deserving produce recipients.

4. Collect Your Check
Once your ordering has closed and your produce has been dispersed The Veggie Shack will write you a cheque for the proceeds sold through your communities name at checkout.
FAQ
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we need to have at least 50 boxes ordered to arrange delivery to your location for distribution. There is NO minimum order for your customers they may order as many or as few boxes as needed.
How much money does my club, team, or organization make?
Your community will receive a cheque with $5 from every box sold with your name selected at checkout.
When does the fundraiser run?
That is the beauty of the Veggie Shack program your team runs this fundraiser whenever you’d like! Please have a representative from your community fill out the intake form below and we will reach out to set dates.
What payments do you accept?
Our website is set up to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
How do the customers get their produce boxes?
We will deliver already assembled boxes to you on the day of your organization’s choosing. Your organization will then be responsible for disbursing the boxes. You will be equipped with the boxes and packing slips to keep you organized. Then your customers will come pick up their produce and bakery boxes from you.
Where can my customers be located?
They can pick up the produce from as far away as the customer would like. We recommend selling to customers in your community.
Where will The Veggie Shack deliver bulk produce?
We will deliver within a 50km radius of Bowmanville Ontario. This includes all cities west to Scarborough, all cities and towns east to Cobourg, and all cities and towns north to Peterborough.
